Isolation flapjacks. While we are still in this horrible situation, I thought another 'store-cupboard' recipe would be perfect for an isolation bake-along. Welcome to this video, today im just showing you what you can do when your in isolation, i hope you enjoyed this short time-lapse of making the food. Thought I'd do a little bit of baking to brake up the boredom of self-isolation!

- It's 1 tbsp of runny honey.
- It's 200 g of oats.

If you want something out of the ordinary, try our chocolate, honey and coconut options. Add chocolate drops, desiccated coconut or sultanas, if you like.
Isolation flapjacks step by step
- Preheat the oven to 200 and line a tin with baking paper (we used a smallish loaf tin.
- Put all the ingredients, except for the oats, into a pan and warm over a medium heat, stirring until the butter is melted and its full combined..
- Turn off the heat and stir in the oats until they are fully coated and mixed..
- Spoon the oat mixture into the lined tin and push firmly so that it is compressed into all parts of the tin and is squashed together..
- Bake at 200˚ c for 15 minutes, making sure it is golden brown before taking out..
- Cool in the tin and then cut into 8-10 slices, depending on how big you like your flapjacks!!.
