Ingredients of Fried rice
- You need of Parboiled rice.
- Prepare 1 kg of chicken(turkey/beef).
- You need of Carrot.
- You need of Green beans.
- You need of Green pepper.
- It's of Scotch Bonnet.
- It's of Chilli.
- It's of Cabbage.
- You need of Sweet corn.
- Prepare of Liver.
- Prepare of Spices(curry,thyme,maggi,.
- Prepare of Groundnut oil.
- Prepare of Onions.
Fried rice step by step
- Wash and dise the vegetables and set aside.
- Wash the chicken,spice it with your curry,thyme etc and cook.
- When the chicken is tender enough,remove the chicken and set the stock aside.wash your rice with salt to reduce starch or parboil..
- With the chicken stock on fire,add the washed or parboiled rice,reduce heat to prevent burning. Add salt,curry and fried rice spice if using any.allow to cook to till soft.set aside.
- In a frying pan,heat up vegetable oil and fry the meat.set aside.
- Now get your wok or big frying pan.heat vegetable oil or butter,add diced onion,green pepper,green beans,diced boiled liver,carrot,cabbage and stir fry.then add some portion of the rice and stir accordingly. Add sweet corn nd continue stirring to fry.taste for salt and spice.when ready you move to your cooking pot..
- Repeat process no.6 till all cooked rice and vegetables are stir fried together..
