Ingredients of Fried Rice
- You need of Cooked rice.
- Prepare of Chicken stock.
- It's of Peas.
- You need of Carrots.
- You need of Cooked liver(diced).
- It's of Green bell pepper.
- It's of Sweet corn.
- You need of Green beans.
- It's of Cucumber.
- It's of Boiled egg.
Fried Rice instructions
- In a pot, add the chicken stock, seasoning, curry, per boiled rice and cook.
- In a pan, pour in oil, add ginger, garlic paste and and fry for a few minutes then add the sliced vegetables, green beans,onions, carrots, liver, green pepper and sweet corn.
- Stir the vegetables add a little salt to taste, pour in the cooked rice and stir all together, leave on the heat for 2 minutes.
- Served with coleslaw, fried chicken, sliced cucumber and boiled egg.
