- You need 4 of servings Freshly Cooked Rice.
- It's 2-3 of Lettuce Leaves *sliced.
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes *cut into small pieces.
- Prepare 1 of Avocado *cut into small pieces.
- You need of Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
- It's of Taco Salsa.
- Prepare of <Spice Mix>.
- It's 2 teaspoons of Ground Cumin.
- Prepare 2 teaspoons of Ground Coriander.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Paprika.
- You need 1/8 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper *OR more.

Taco Rice step by step
- Heat Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes, add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour..
- Add the spices mix and Tomato Paste, and stir-fry for a few minutes..
- Place Freshly Cooked Rice on a plate, cover with the Beef mixture, then place Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado and shredded Cheese on top. Drizzle with Taco Salsa (I forgot to do that for the above photo!) and enjoy..
