- Begin by preparing your baking tin and preheat oven to 170 degrees.Sift the flour and baking powder and set aside..
- Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat till fluffy..You can use a mixer or whisk(but whisk will take more time).
- Once fluffy add in your essence beat for a min,then add oil and milk and beat for two minutes.
- Next add in your flour and fold in well(dont mind the lumps incase you see any).
- Last add to your baking tin and bake for 40-50 mins or until when you insert a toothpick it comes out clean..
