- In a pan heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal saute few seconds add green chillies and curry leaves saute then add chopped onion. Cook untill the onion turns translucent. then add carrot and cabbage add salt and chilli powder.mix well add water and take a boil..
- When water is boiling add rice flour and turmeric powder. mix well that there has no lumps. stir continuously. When the mixture become thick and leave the pan, turn off the flame and transfer this mixture to another plate.let slightly cool it..
