- You need 1 can of corned beef.
- It's 1-2 of carrots.
- Prepare 1-3 of potatoes.
- You need 1 of yellow onion.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

- Dice up the onion, carrots and potatoes into 1 cm cubes.
- Warm up your pot/pan/wok, add in the oil, carrots and potatoes in first and saute them for 10-15 min or until half cooked.
- Add in the onions and saute them till they turn translucent. Then add in the corned beef. Mix it all up and cook it for another 5-10 mins, depending on how brown you like your beef to be. And bam! It's done! Have it with rice or bread.
