- Prepare all ingredients before hand (chopping etc.) because as soon as the chicken goes into the wok it cooks very quickly..
- Heat up the wok ! Add small drizzle of sesame oil Get it hot enough so it sizzles when you put the chicken in! Cook the chicken until 3/4 cooked add salt pepper And maggi sauce! If you don’t have it then soy sauce will be fine!.
