- Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped small.
- It's 1 of Sweet Red Pepper.
- You need 1/2 cup of boiling water.

- Heat oil in a deep fry pan or Wok, which i mainly use, and fry onions for 2 minutes then add garlic.
- Add the crushed chili and fry for 1 minute.
- Addi the beef to the fry and cook until the beef has no red colour.
- While the mince is frying cut your chorizo into slices and add to the fry..
- Add the tomatoes to the fry and stir in, add salt pepper and water then the beef cubes stir then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 mins..
- Transfer to a casserole dish or ovenproof dish and bake on gas 6 or 170°C for 45 minutes ..
- Add the chopped red peppers and tomato puree, stir in just before serving so you have a crunchy texture instead of soggy peppers..
- Serve with lovely thick homemade chips, or fries, serve in bowls and chips on side for dipping, in your chili bake..
