- Take a bowl, and put makke ka aata in it..
- Next, add salt (as required) and warm water and make a soft dough of it.
- Now, moist your palm and take a small portion of dough to make chapati of it. Press the dough gently with your fingers to give it a shape of a chapati of around 5-6inches..
- Now very gently place the chapati on ore heated pan, and cook it gently because it's very fragile..
- Once you notice a little brownish colour or chapati you can directly cook it on flame..
- Now your chapati is ready..
- Serve it with jaggery or sarso ka saag. You can also serve it with masala green chilli and Tea..
