- Add in enough water to make a thin batter.Heat the pan add in few drops of oil & clean with tissue paper. (This is to avoid sticking).Take a ladle full of batter & spread on the pan.Sprinkle oil. & cook on medium flame..
- Flip over & cook from other side too.Serve it with coconut chutney or blob of butter. Simple plain yogurt also goes very well with this..
