- In a pot boil water,add salt and spaghettis and cook uncovered for 12-15 minutes then strain and rinse with tap water and set aside.
- Baisan curry: In blender add baisan,Yogurt, green chillies, zeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, garlic paste and blend until well combine.
- In a pot, heat oil add curry leaves and button mirch.. Stir and fry fir 2 minutes then add grinded baisan mixture and water, mix well and bring it to boil...
- Cook on low flame until it thickens (40 minutes) and set aside.
- Beef curry:In a pot heat oil, add sliced onion and fry until golden brown then add boneless beef and ginger garlic paste...
- Add chopped tomatoes and bhonofy it.. Then add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, zeera, dhaniya powder, green chilli paste, Yogurt..add garam masala powder.. Mix it well..
- Add 2 glass of water.. Cover & cook until meat tender And oil comes on top.. Keep it aside.
- Assembling : in a serving dish add boiled speghetti, baisan curry, beef curry, fresh coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, twitch and serve.
