Ingredients of Baigan masala fry
- It's 1 of big bharta baigan.
- It's 3 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of dhaniya and jeera powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of amchur powder.
- You need Pinch of asafoetida.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
Baigan masala fry instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients I.e spices together and keep aside.
- Cut the baigan in round slices.
- Heat oil in a non stick tawa.
- Place baigan slices on tawa.
- Drizzle some oil on top of the slices and now sprinkle the ready masala on top.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then turn the sides.
- Cook properly from both the sides.
