  6. You need 1 pinch of baking soda.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of lukewarm water.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of sattu or roasted gram flour.
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of onion finely chopped.
  10. Prepare 2 spoon of grated garlic.
  11. You need 1 spoon of grated ginger.
  12. Prepare 2 of green chilli finely chopped.
  13. Prepare 3 spoon of mustard oil.
  14. You need 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
  15. It's 1/2 spoon of garam masala.
  16. You need 2 spoon of lemon juice.
  17. Prepare 2 spoon of finely chopped coriander leaves.
  18. Prepare 1/4 spoon of kalonji.

  1. Mix maize flour,wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,baking soda,clarified butter in a bowl.
  2. Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water.

  4. In a bowl Mix sattu,salt,kalonji,onion,garlic,ginger,green chilli,garam masala,chilli powder,c coriander leaves, mustard oil and lemon juice.
  5. Add little water and mix well.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff the stuffing inside it.
  7. Flatten between palms.
  8. Grease with clarified butter and put in baking tray.
  9. Preheat the oven on 180°.
  10. Bake prepared litti for 30 minutes on 180°.
  11. Smear clarified butter on litti and serve with chokha and garlic chutney..
