- You need 7 of big/large potatoes.
- It's of Oil (for deep frying).
- Prepare of Red onion.
- You need of Dhania.
- You need of Grounded Paprika (2 tspns).
- It's of Salt.
- Prepare of Garlic (2-4 cloves).
Chips Masala instructions
- Peel your potatoes and cut/shape them like chips.
- Deep fry your chips and do not let them to be too crispy.
- Heat a tablespn of oil in a different sufuria and add onions, allow to cook but not till brown.Turn off heat. Add paprika, garlic, salt, tomato sauce(1 cup/ half).Stir until even. Turn on heat and cook for like 3mins..
- Add your chips, mix gently and ensure they are well coated..
