- It's 600 ml of Double cream (2 parts).
- It's 300 g of After eights (1 part).
- It's 1 of Flan.
- You need of Strawberries for decorating.
- You need of Fresh mint leaves (optional).

- Gently melt the After Eights into the cream on low heat, just enough to melt and incorporate into the cream. Do NOT boil!.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and cover the top of the cream with cling film. This will prevent the cream to darken. Put in the fridge till it is cold. I usually do it the evening before I need it and leave it in the fridge overnight..
- Whip the cream like it was whipped cream and spread on to the Flan. Decorate with fresh Strawberries and enjoy!.
