Egg pudding step by step
- Mix everything in a bowl n beat with a beater till all incorporated..
- Then strain it with a big steel strainer to get smooth batter..
- In a saucepan melt sugar till golden n pour it into a greased mould n let it set for few minutes..
- Pour the egg mixture over it and bake it by water bath method (place water in a dish n over it put your mould n bake)..
- It will be baked at 180 degree for 45 mins..
- Cool the pudding completely n then chill in fridge overnight..
