Pour one cup of sugar in a small sauce pan and heat till completely melted and becomes a syrup (medium heat) stir occasionally.

- Place your dish in a bane marie (water bath), place your dish in a bigger platter and fill with water till half way up your dish.
- Cook for 1 hour, leave in oven for 15 mins, and fridge over night.
