- Prepare 2 tbsp of Garlic mince.

- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1 cup of Spring onions to garnish.
- Prepare 1/8 tsp of Asafoetida.

- First of all, peel and wash the Potatoes well. Using a Potato chipper or cut into thin fingers with a sharp knife. I have done it manually with a knife. Deep fry them until crisp and done on a medium high heat in enough oil..
- In a pan, heat oil and add Asafoetida. Then add the Garlic mince. Saute it for a minute. Now add the Red chilli powder and the fried potato fingers. Add salt and mix it up well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Squeeze some Lemon juice and sprinkle Chaat Masala..
