Ingredients of Baked Ragi Chips
- You need 1 cup of Ragi Four.
- It's 1/4 cup of wheat flour.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 Tablespoon of chat masala for taste.
- Prepare 2 Teaspoon of oil to apply on chips.
Baked Ragi Chips step by step
- Mix Ragi and wheat flour..
- Add salt and red chilli powder. Now add 1 Tablespoon oil and mix it well..
- Now with the help of very little water knead the dough..
- Now allow the Dough to rest for sometime. For around 15 minutes..
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180degree celcius for 10 minutes..
- Now make small balls from dough and roll it flat..
- Cut it into strips. Apply oil over it.
- And bake these chips at 140 degree for 15 minutes. Or till it becomes crispy..
- Now take it out and sprinkle chat masala over it..
- Chips are ready to serve..
- Serve it with nice hot milk, milkshake or even with juice..
