Mix both flours, sugar, salt, oil and dry spices..
Now put cooking soda on methi leaves and add lemon juice over it, bubbling occurs, mix it well with methi leaves and then mix it in the flour mix. Knead medium hard dough with a light hand, add little water if needed..
Grease your palm with oil and made small dumplings. Deep fry it and remove it on an absorbent paper-lined plate..
In a broad bottom pan heat oil,add both paste and coriander, saute for while & add cooking,mix well and add all green seeds. Cook for few minutes..
Now add 1 cup of water, once it start boiling add broad beans, turn heat on simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes..
Then check all vegetables are cooked or not, if needed add little water..
Once cooked add turmeric powder, dhanya, jeera powder and lemon juice. Mix well with light hand, cook for 2-3 minutes more, then turn off heat..
Then add potatoes, yam and elephant's foot dices, mix well and cook for 2-4 minutes more..
Add brinjal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, add cauliflower florets, add salt,mix well and cook for 4 minutes more..
At the time of serving,add muthiya, garnish with coriander and serve hot..
