- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 1 of small tin Condensed milk.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1 cup of rice (soaked in water for 15 min then crushed it).
- You need of Dry Nuts (Cashews,Almonds,Pistachios,Coconut).
- You need 1 tbsp of rooh kwhwrha essence.
- You need 1 tbsp of Gulkand.
- Prepare pinch of red food colour.
- Prepare of Silver paper.

- First boil the milk.
- Here is the garnish ingredients.
- Take a rice soaked in water for 15-20 min then crushed it. take gulkand 2 tsp.
- Crushed all dry nuts coarsly.
- Take Cardamoms and crushed it also..
- Add coarsly cradamom powder in boiled milk.Cook in low flame..
- Add dessicated coconut. stir contineously.
- Add sugar and stir milk...
- Boil the crushed rice in other pot..
- When rice become tender mix with boiled milk..cook and stir contineously in low flam3.
- Add condensed milk and stir..
- Add gulkand and stir..
- When milk become half or thick in consistancy add kehwrha essence..
- Add red food colour..
