Ingredients of Spicy Chips Masala
- You need 8 of potatoes.
- It's 2 of tomatoes.
- Prepare of Some frying oil.
- Prepare 1 clove of garlic.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tsp of paprika.
- Prepare 1 tsp of tumeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of chilli.
- You need of Some salt.
- It's 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
- It's of Some sweet and chilli tomatoes sauce.
- You need of Chilli sauce.
Spicy Chips Masala instructions
- Chop the potatoes and slice them to chips sizes and deep fry the till crunchy.
- In a non stick or any other cooking pot of your choice, heat cooking oil and onions and garlic then fry till golden brown.
- Add blended tomatoes or tomato paste.
- Add other spices of your choice then mix well (mine were tumeric powder, chilli, black pepper, paprika and some salt.
- Add chips and mix gently.
- Add some chilli sauce and tomato sauce and coriander leaves and mix gently.
- Serve with juice. Yummmmmmy!!! And hot😂.
