Ingredients of Paneer Tawa Pulao
- You need 200 grams of Panneer.
- It's 1 of Capsicum 1 finely chopped.
- It's 4 of Tomato chopped.
- Prepare 1 of Onion big chopped.
- You need 100 grams of Green peas.
- It's 2 spoons of Pav bhaji masala.
- You need 1 spoon of Kashmiri chilli powder.
- It's 2 of Green chilli finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 of Lemon.
- You need 1 spoon of Salt.
- It's 1 spoon of Butter.
- It's 200 grams of Basmati rice (cooked).
- Prepare 2 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
Paneer Tawa Pulao step by step
- Add butter to pan and add onions and fry till transculent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
- Add tomatoes and salt and fry till tomatoes are cooked.
- Add capsicum, green peas and green chillies and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Add pav bhaji masala and kashmiri chilli powder and cook the masala for one minute and add half a cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Open and add cooked basmati rice and gently mix.
- Switch off flame and squeeze some lemon juice and serve hot with raita.
