- It's 3/4 litre of cooking oil.
- It's 1 bunch of dhania finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 of hoho/green capsicum sliced.
- Prepare 2 of tea spoons tomato paste.
- You need 1 of onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of garlic ginger paste.
- You need 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of mixed spices.
- Prepare 2-3 of chilli finely chopped.
- You need Cup of water.
- You need of Salt.

- Peel your potatoes and wash thouroughly. Chop into fries shape..
- Heat your oil and once hot, fry the potatoes until ready. Don't let them crisp..
- Remove the fries from the oil and let the oil drip/absorb on a kitchen paper towel..
- In a separate cooking pan add some cooking oil-2 tablespoons and fry under medium-low heat the onions,garlic ginger paste,curry powder and mixed spices together..
- Once brown(add little water if sticking to the pan to avoid burning),add the tomato paste,chilli,little salt to taste and some water. Simmer for 2-3 mins adding water where necessary to avoid burning..

- In a separate bowl,put your fries and pour some of this sauce over it and mix gently until you have all the fries well covered in sauce..
