- Prepare 1 kg. of Sugar.
- It's 15 of rose ki leaves.
- It's 1 glass of water.
- It's 1/2 tablespoon of citric acid.

- Wash rose petals..put in a pan along with water...
- Cook on a low flame.colour will start to appear..
- Now add 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice...
- The colour will increase.. Off the flame.
- Keep rose petals aside mix sugar in that water for sugar syrup..
- Now cook it for other 5 min till boiling..
- Cool it. it will become thick chill it nd serve.
