Ingredients of Broad Beans(Sem) Potato Sabzi
- It's 250 gm of Broad beans/Sem.
- It's 2 of Potatoes.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Onion Garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- It's 3 tbsp of Mustard oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped Coriander leaves.

- Wash and cut beans and potatoes..
- Heat mustard oil on a kadahi..
- Add chopped beans and potatoes..
- Fry them till raw smell goes and beans become soft..
- Remove beans from oil and add more oil in kadahi..
- Crackle fenugreek seeds and then add onion garlic paste..
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt..
- Mix all well and cook on high flame till oil starts separate..
- Add fried beans+potatoes and mix well..
- Cook for sometimes and add water..
- Cook on low flame till beans and potatoes done..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice..
