- First of all, Wash the channas and Soak them overnight in water.....

- Now take a pan, Heat Oil..And then add cumin seeds, onions and ginger garlic paste and cook until turns golden brown......
- Then add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder and also tomato puree......Mix all well and cook until oil separates.....
- Add Boiled channas and little water and add Choley Masala and Cook for 15 minutes more.....
- Garnish with onions slices and Coriander leaves.....
- Serve hot with roti, puri, naan, lacha Parantha and rice etc.
You can also use readymade chole masala if you have one. But the recipe as such does not require chole masala it just needs an aromatic garam masala. If you do not have both, just go ahead using a.
