- Take maida flour in a mixing bowl, add sooji and curd,baking powder, sugar and salt.. Combine it well.
- Knead to smooth dough..rest it for 3-4 hrs... Divide it into equal size balls.
- Roll it as poori.. Heat oil in a wok... Deep fry the poori.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker... Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon stick... Saute till it crackels..add chopped onion and saute until it's golden brown.. Add ginger garlic paste fry for a min.
- Add mashed tomatoes cook for 5 mins.. Now add chole masala powder, chilli powder, salt..cook it in low medium flame 6-7 min..now the oil separate from the gravy.. Now add soaked chana.
