Ingredients of Spicy chole
- It's 1 cup of chole chana.
- It's 1 of tea bag.
- It's 2 tbspn of salt.
- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- You need 1 of big onion.
- You need 1 tbspn of green chilli ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of chole masala/garam masala.
- It's 1 of cinnamon stick.
- It's 2 of dry red chilli.
- It's 2 of cloves.
- It's 1 tbspn of turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 of tspn cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 pinch of asafoetida.
- It's 2 tbspn of oil.

Spicy chole instructions
- Soaked chole Chana for 5-6 hrs in hot water. In pressure cooker add soaked Chana 2.5 cup water, salt, tea bag, clove, cinnamon and let it wistel 6-7. After boil take out tea bag and don't throw the left over water as it will be use in gravy as it full of spices and taste..
- For gravy make the paste of tomato and onion. In a pan take 2 tbspn oil, add cumin seeds, assafoetida, dry red chilli and onion paste. Add green chilli garlic ginger paste and let all saute well in oil. Now add tomato pure and let it cook well..
- Now add all the masala, turmeric,salt, Coriander powder, chole masala, red chilli powder and mix well. When whole gravy cooked well add boiled Chana and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water that we used in boil and let it cook for 5 min. As the oil get released and Chana got mixed well turn off the stove and garnish with coriander..
- Serve with bhature, naan, chapati, kulcha, Puri, rice etc..
