2. Prepare Packet of square cheese (I used british mature cheddar).
3. It's of Sliced pecorino (grated pecorino ok).
4. It's 2 table spoon of passata sauce.

1. I use half of this rolled pastry, roll to a big rectangular shape.
2. Get oven on for 180 before food preparation, as this process is pretty quick. Dressed with passata sauce, and then on with cheese and then pecorino.
3. Roll to a long shape (from the longer side, not the short side), chop into small shape.
4. In 180c oven for 25 mins. (i am using a fan heated oven).
