- You need of Roll of puff pastry.
- You need of Pesto (I used shop bought that I had in the fridge).
- You need 1 of tomato.
- It's of Egg to glaze.

- Cut the pastry into circles. Add pesto on half of them. Put the other piece on top.
- Using a knife or pastry cutter, make slits in the pastry as shown. Then pinch the cut pieces near the middle as shown. I used cocktail sticks for this.
- Brush with a beaten egg and add a slice of tomato in the middle. Bake for about 12 mins at 180.
