- It's 1 cup of Kabuli chana(soaked whole night).
- It's 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 1 of Carrot.

To make chana chaat at home follow the following simple steps: Firstly, take a bow l, add boiled chickpea (chane), finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, salt, finely chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder,all ground spices, lemon juice, tamarind water and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Though there are dozens of chaat (spicy snack with boiled vegetables, fruits etc) available in Northern Indian states. This chana chaat can be made using kabuli chana or kala channa as well. I do not follow any particular recipe to make this chaat. Spice, tang, sweetness with a good amount of chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumber is all that is needed to make a good chaat.
