Ingredients of Aloo bhajiya
- Prepare 1 cup of besan/gram flour.
- Prepare 1 of big potato.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare a pinch of Baking soda.
- You need as required of Water.

- Peel and slice the potato.
- Heat a pan add oil. When the oil is medium hot dip a potato slice in the batter and put it in the oil to fry.
- Fry till they are golden brown in colour. Take them out on a kitchen towel.
- Serve the hot bhajiyas with ketchup..
You can make bhajiya or pakoda with any vegetable. Aloo bhujia is a crispy savory snack. Bhujia looks like short thin noodles. Aloo bhujia is also a favorite snack with my grand kids. This is a perfect snack for a relaxed evening.
