- It's 1 of medium white onion.
- It's 1 tsp of crushed garlic.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cayenne pepper.

- It's 4 of large skinless sausages (or 200g minced beef).
- You need 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs.
- Prepare 2 of eggs (1 for the filling, 1 for the egg wash).

Sausage Rolls instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line your pan with parchment paper.
- Heat a pan with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and Sautee onions, garlic and spices until fragrant.
- Cut the sausages into small pieces and In a food processor mince them before transferring them to a bowl.
- Add sauteed onion mixture to the mince together with the crumbs and 1 egg. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll your puff pastry, fill it and fold. Cut into preferred sizes and brush with the egg wash.
