Ingredients of Methi na bhajiya Methi bhaji
- You need 2 cups of besan(gram flour).
- Prepare 1 cup of methi leaves(fenugreek leaves).
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- It's 2 tbsp of Semolina(rava).
- It's As needed of Oil for frying.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking soda.

- First wash fenugreek leaves,soak 2 minutes and drain it..
- Take a bowl and put besan, add fenugreek leaves, semolina, ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt mix it well..
- Take half of water and mix it.take water again if requried. Don't add full water at a time..
- Now make bhaji batter consistency. Keep aside for 5 or 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes add baking soda into it mix it well. Immediately make bhajis from this batter..
- Heat oil in a pan at low to medium flame. Put bhajis into it and fry at low medium flame..
- Serves hot with fried green chillies or tomato sauce or chutney..
