- Now in a kadai, heat oil. Deep fry the Kanda bhajis till golden brown and crispy. Remove it and drain the excess oil..
- Now take the potatoes slices, dip in the batter, and deep fry in batches till done. Remove it and keep it on paper/tissue paper to remove the excess oil..
- Serve hot bhajiya's with spicy tangy coriander chutney..
