- It's 1 cup of soaked tuvar dal.
- You need 2 cups of chopped spinach.
- Prepare 1 of chopped tomato.
- It's 2 Tsp of gram flour.

- It's 1/2 tsp of termaric powder.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of coriander powder.

- Coat the chopped spinach with besan. Take tuvar dal and spinach in a cooker along with salt and turmeric and cook at medium flame till 3-4 whistles..
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin,hing, green chillies, garlic and saute it. Now add tomato along with coriander powder,red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook it for 3-4 mins..
- Open the pressure cooker and mesh the dal nicely and now pour into the pan and stir for 1 min.Serve hot with some desi ghee..
