- First of all add yeast and sugar to a cup of warm milk..
- Stir lightly and allow it to prove..
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add the yeast mix into it..
- Make a smooth dough out of it..
- Knead it well for 5 minutes and cover..
- Allow it to rise by keeping it in a warm place for atleast 2 hours..
- After 2 hours, punch down the dough once and divide it into four portions..
- Divide further into 12 balls each.
- In this way we will have 48 balls out of the 4 portions..
- Arrange them all closely just as to resemble a honeycomb..
- Give milk wash and sprinkle blackseeds or sesame seeds on top..
- Bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 20 to 25 minutes..
- Make sugar syrup of one string consistency with all the ingredients listed under it..
- While it's still hot and just out of the oven, pour this sugar syrup on top so as to drench it completely..
- Tadaa!!!!!! It's all ready to be devoured..
