- Now in a pan, add 1.25 cup water, 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tbsp salt and let it come to a boil. Now add rice flour slowly while stirring on a low flame..
- When all the flour is mixed properly and it is like a loose dough-like, switch off the flame. And let it cool..
- After it cools down, take a small portion, grease your hands and make s small ball with your hands, now flatten it and keep a spoonful of filling in center and fold by making pleats and rolling..
