- You need 500 gm of rice flour.
- You need 200 of grm chana daal soaked for 4 hrs.
- You need 1 inch of Ginger.
- Prepare 8-10 cloves of Garlic.

- 1st we have to make soft dough of rice flour with the help of warm water, keep it aside.
- Take a mixer jar,put soaked chana daal into it and grind it till smooth without water,keep aside,.
- Take another mixer jar,add garlic,ginger,green chilli,red chilli and grind it,and add mixture into chana daal and mix it well,now add all dry ingredients like haldi, red chilli,salt,hing,cumin seeds and chopped coriander and again mix it al together very well, now our stuffing is ready to stuff in rice flour dough,.
- Take a dough in ur hand and make it round (like any other stuff paratha we make), and put some stuffing and seal it very gently with hand, make all like same process, now our chana daal stuffed fara is ready to cook.
