- You need 1 cup of Basmati rice.

Mutton yakhni pulao step by step
- Cook mutton with fennel seed cumin seeds coriander seeds 2 cloves small piece cinnamon 2 cardamom crushed shallots 1/2 tablespoon pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon chilli powder salt and two cups of water..
- Separate stock and mutton pieces.
