- Prepare 1 cup of rice flour.
- You need 1 cup of Besan.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of Yoghurt whisked.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Hing.

- Take rice flour in a bowl add besan,salt turmeric powder,hing, red chilli powder and yogurt and mix well.
- Add some water if necessary to get a thick yet dropping consistency.
- For that in a bowl mix paneer, green chilli, corrinder leaves,salt and chopped onion and mix.
- Heat a tawa grease it lightly spread a ladle full of chilla batter until crisp and golden brown on both sides.
- Now paneer stuffing on the top and roll tightly starting from the longer side.
- Cut each roll into pieces and serve hot.
