- Wash and soak rice for at least half an hour..
- Put beef in a pan and add water and all other ingredients of stock and cook on a low flame..
- When the meat is tender take the meat out and let the stock reduce down to 5 cups.
- In another pan heat oil fry onion and chillies in it..
- Add some ginger garlic paste and let it cook for a while..
- Add the beef and cook for 1-2 mins..
- Strain the stock and add it into the beef pan..
- When the stock starts boiling again add rice and cook until the stock level reaches that of rice..
- Now lower the flame to it's lowest cover and steam cook rice for about fifteen mins..
