- It's 1/2 kg of Mutton.
- You need 2 of medium size onion chopped.
- You need 2 of medium size tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 handful of coriander leaves.
- It's 4-5 of green chillies chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of shahi zeera seeds.
- You need 10 of black pepper corn.
- You need 5 of lovang cloves.
- You need 2 of black cardamom.

- Now crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and add it to Mutton. And cook on medium to high flame for 3 minutes..
- Pour whole mixture to pressure cooker. Add 2 cup (normal use cup or tea cup) of water and cook for 20 minutes..
- Now add rice and mix it. Cover and cook for 10 minutes in pressure cooker. Open the lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes without covering..
