Chicken /mutton yakhni pulao instructions
- Soak and wash the rice for 30 minutes..
- Take all the masala set aside..
- Take a pot add water then all the ingredients of yakhni with chicken and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame..
- Now strain the yakni and separate the chicken and whole garam masala..
- Now take a patili add oil and onions fry it until it becomes golden brown its colour..
- Next add 1 tbsp of garam masala fry for 1 minutes then add chicken and stir it well add a little bit of water with salt and green chilli and cover it for 2 minutes..
- Now add water and simmer it..
- When water is boiling then add rice and cook it well..
- At end check the salt then add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, powder of jaifal javatri and badian phool with aloo bukhara,(it can separate rice not stick to each other)..
- Now give dum to the rice for 10 to 15 minutes and cook it until it becomes tender completely..
- A yummy chicken yakhni pulao is ready to serve with raita, enjoy it..
