Ingredients of Dahi Chana with Khasta Peethi Pooris
- Prepare 2 cups of boiled white chana.
- You need 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
- You need as needed of Some whole garam masala (2 Bay leaves,1 Black Cardamom,2 spoons Coriander seeds,small piece of Dalchini,2 cloves,4-5 black pepper..).

- First roast all whole masala on tawa(mentioned above) and grind this in a mixer coarsly..it should not be fine powder...
- Now take a kadhai..heat some oil and put jeera..when it becomes golden then add oion paste..saute this for 5 min..now add Ginger garlic paste..saute this until onion paste becomes golden brown.now add tomato paste...saute this until it leaves oil..now add curd (whisked) in it...saute this until mix well and leaves oil...
- Now add mashed boiled potatoes.. and now add the whole ground masala in it.mix it well for two minutes.at the end mix boil chana..bring to boil for 5 to 10 minutes..cover this and let it be cooked on low flame until it releases oil on the surface.our Dahi Chana is ready.you will notice a very nice aroma of Dahi Chana...
- For Pooris first knead dough with whole wheat and semolina (Suji).add 2 spoon curd add salt. pour required water and make soft dough..keep this aside for half an hour...
- Now take a pan..heat some oil and add salt, coriander powder,and chilli powder..now add white urad daal paste(maah daal)..cook for 1 min. Only..let it be cooled..this mixture is ready for filling in the Pooris.
- Now take a lemon size dough and fill one spoon. Of daal filling in it..cover this..and roll in Pooris shape...deep fry the Pooris on extreme high flame.It will become crispy and golden brown..roll the other Pooris like this..Our Peethi Pooris are ready to Serve with Dahi Chana....
