- Prepare 1 cup of Red Rice flour.
- It's Approximately 1 1/4 cup of ghee.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 2-3 of peppercorns crushed.

- In a bowl make dough using rice flour, 2or 3 tsp ghee and water..
- Dough should be semi soft..
- Now in a pan heat ghee..
- Make equal size muthais(balls) from the dough.
- Fry these muthais in the ghee in a medium flame..
- Fry them till light brown in colour.
- Off the flame.
- Crush the balls with ur hand or in a mixer jar..
- It should be not very powdered..
- Crush it little in a churma form..
- In a pan heat the remained ghee in which bhi fried the muthais.
- Add crushed peppercorns..
- Now add the churma and stir it continuously till it is perfectly roasted..
- Now add sugar and mix it well..
- Add cardamom powder in it and mix..
- Add 2- 3 spoons of Milk and mix well..
- Churma is ready to serve..
- Serve the churma with roasted Papad.When it cools and is dried up heat it using little milk before serving..
