- Take a nonstick kadai and add water, ajwain, jeera, salt, oil and keep it for boiling. As it starts boiling reduce the flame and add rice flour little at a time and keep mixing so that no lumps are formed and cook till water completely dries and starts leaving the sides of pan.Cover and keep for 5-7 mins.Remove in a plate and grease ur hands and rub the dough nicely and make it smooth.While doing this dough should be warm..
