- Prepare 200 gms of Chowmein.
- It's 1 of Chicken breast large piece.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
- It's 4 - 5 tbsps of White Oil.
- You need 1.5 litres of Water.
- It's 1 sprigs of Spring Onion (optional).
- It's 1 tsp of Pre - made Chowmien Spice (optional).
Chinese Chowmein, with chicken, eggs & veggies instructions
- Chop the chicken breast into 1 inch pieces..
- Put the chicken in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Powder, and cornflour. Mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes..
- Meanwhile, cup the beans into 1 inch pieces. Cut the carrot and green bell pepper into thin strips..
- Finely chop the onion, and crush the garlic cloves..
- Put the water on boil. Add the chowmein, and let it cook..
- In a wok, add 2 tbsp of oil. Then lightly sauté the onion and garlic..
- Next, add in the chicken, and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes..
- Add the three vegetables. On medium high heat, sauté then for about 1-2 mins..
- Carefully, make a hole in the middle of the wok. Use your ladle/spatula to move the chicken and begins to the side..
- Crack the eggs into the hole, add a pinch of salt, and then scrabble. Mix every together..
